Apprenticeship Program

Once a resident has completed the Victory Program, they may apply for acceptance into our Apprenticeship Program. This is a two-year commitment to continue training in the field of rescue ministry. At the end of the two-year program, the apprentice is offered a staff position at the Durham Rescue Mission.
