2005 Annual Statistics

In 2005, the Durham Rescue Mission provided: 54,199 nights' lodging, 168,147 hot meals, 55,231articles of clothing, over 6,100 toys for children, and school supplies for over 2,100 children. All this without taking one tax dollar from government at any level! 

Based on these figures, it is estimated that the value of the services of the Durham Rescue Mission to our community was $3,356,697.00. We praise the Lord for what He has accomplished through the Durham Rescue Mission. The number we rejoice about most are the 815 souls who received Jesus Christ as their Savior. "I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will show forth all thy marvelous works." Psalms 9:1
